About
Harrison Yount is a Texas-born pedal steel guitarist known for his soul, tone, and presence on stage and in the studio. Since launching his career in 2016 with Kacey Musgraves, he’s toured extensively and become a fixture in the modern country scene as a full-time band member for Cody Johnson. His playing has supported artists like Luke Combs, Brooks & Dunn, Carrie Underwood, and more—earning him Steel Guitarist of the Year at the 2022 Texas Country Music Awards.
